HID Global Acquires IAI
On December 15, 2015, HID Global announced that it’s parent company ASSA ABLOY will acquire IAI industrial systems. IAI provides personalization solutions for identity documents like passports and governmental identity cards.
The acquisition brings together complementary offerings for government-to-citizen and other identification solutions, while positioning HID Global for growth and innovation in the market, according to the company.
